🔍 Re-Inspections Required:

Was your appraisal done pre-storm? ⛈️ You’ll likely need a re-inspection.
Found damage? Repairs need to be completed quickly! 🚨
For FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans, re-inspections are typically required in disaster areas.
Conventional loan? Waivers are off the table—re-inspections are needed! 🚫
FHA/VA loans may also require additional forms 📝.
⚒️ Found Damage?
Minor repairs? Some lenders may allow repair escrows to prevent closing delays. Just make sure communication stays open—everyone needs to be on the same page! 🔑

Zillow's Flex program offers no upfront costs until agents transact. While it's nice to cut out the expensive initial costs for low-quality leads, tacking on a 35% closing fee on the gross commission is a bit steep for most agents to swallow. 😬
