WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Human Resources Benefits Assistant
•Communicate with clients daily with any customer service needs.
•Help with billing, claims, and employee new hires & terminations.
•Coordinate enrollments, databases, and reports on a monthly basis.
•Help improve the systems we do have and help create new ones to be
the most effective and efficient as possible.
•Work closely with the CEO on implementation of new systems and
processes

Communicative - You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and are comfortable with creating and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
Growth Minded - You love to learn and are constantly seeking ways to improve yourself through developing, growing and expanding your knowledge.
Positive - You are supportive to the client’s needs. You continue to bring positive energy to every project, task or challenge that is thrown at you.
YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Virtual Meetings/VideoChat, CRM systems, etc.
Positive mindset, able to adapt and looking to grow
Proficient phone and communication skills
Likes working with timelines and deadlines
Bilingual in Spanish
Life/ Accident and Health License not required but a plus
