I dealt with Claudia Kim, years ago, after having gotten a "Subprime Loan", from Freddie Mac. I wanted to refi my 8.75% interest rate. The government put a 2,000 penalty fee on anyone who refinanced. Claudia had refied a close friend of mine, with great results. I went with my friend's recommendation, and got refinancing that helped me save thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Claudia Kim. She is professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable in her field.
