hi,👋🏻 it’s me. i’m back. 🤍

I’ve been away longer than planned, and honestly? it was exactly as long as I needed.

I had my second baby (absolutely obsessed with her 🥹), and what followed was some of the hardest weeks of my life. The baby blues hit harder than I expected, and slowly I realized I was also working through postpartum depression. It wasn’t pretty. Some days were really, really heavy.

But I got help. I learned how to cope. I gave myself grace instead of guilt. And little by little, I found my way back to myself.

I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one who has sat in the quiet of a nursery wondering why this feels so much harder than it’s supposed to. You’re not alone, and there is no timeline you have to meet. 💛

Thank you to everyone who sent kind words and checked in over these past months. It meant more than you know. 💛

Today I’m stepping back in — as a mom of two, a little softer, a lot more grateful, and so ready to show up for my clients again.
