We can measure Brazil's equity risk premium using MSCI Brazil Index and the EMBI US Bond Index. Between 1993-2018, a bond investor would have received a 10.43% annual return while an investor would have received a 10.19% return. Bonds outperformed stocks during the past 25 years.
