Yêu cầu chính:
• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Accounting, bao gồm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp quản lý nhân viên
• Nắm vững GAAP và General Ledger
• Có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp phụ trách toàn bộ quy trình month-end/year-end close
• Có kinh nghiệm payroll processing
• Thành thạo accounting software và Microsoft Office/Excel
• Tốt nghiệp Bachelor’s Degree ngành Accounting hoặc Finance
📌 Không bắt buộc phải có CPA.
📌 Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành mortgage là một điểm cộng nhưng không bắt buộc.

Loan Factory is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting function and lead the accounting team. This role will oversee key areas including month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations.
💰 Base salary: $110,000–$125,000/year, depending on experience

Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct staff management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and General Ledger accounting
• Proven experience independently managing the month-end and year-end close process
• Payroll processing experience
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office/Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
📌 CPA is not required.
📌 Mortgage experience is a plus but not required.
