The Adeline Mortgage Team at GMCC is currently looking for an experienced Loan officer to join our team in San Jose, CA. The Adeline Mortgage Team has been around for over 15years. We have helped many people in the Bay area and California with their mortgage needs. We are currently growing so we are looking to also grow our team. We are looking for an experienced, determined loan officer with a lot of energy and sales experience.
Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and help grow that database with new leads.
Seek opportunities to develop new clients and referral sources.
Become familiar with loan products and guidelines, and keep up to date with new products.
Attend networking events or presentations to help market our products and services.
Communicate with team members to help loans get closed.
Assist with collecting and analyzing customers financial information and preparing it for the team to review.
Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each and every day
Quote rates and Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents from the customer with the help of the team, and submit an initial, paperless loan package to production staff
Structure and price loans accurately
Applies knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enable them to achieve their financial goals.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relationship building skills.
Networking and sales skills.
1 - 2 years full time loan origination experience.
Required to currently hold an active National/UST NMLS license
Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work.
Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment
Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
