New year, new company 🙌

30 days in and I’m already loving the programs and support here. It’s a lot to take in, but in the best way possible.

This month alone I was able to help clients with some great solutions:
• Close a census tract program in 30 days — something a lot of lenders don’t have the ability to do
• Secure a Jumbo loan for a client with a FICO under 700 with a rate in the low 6s on a 30-year fixed
• Help a VA client with a cash-out refinance in the low 5s, which made her extremely happy

Grateful to be part of a team that has programs that actually help clients win. And extremely grateful to the realtors who trusted me with their clients. 😍

My little girl ain’t so little anymore. I am dropping her off for college this weekend and I’m a mess friends!!! How do you guys do this??? I’m so sad. I can’t let go. I extended a day out here bc I just can’t leave her. 😭
