, .m.realtor and I helped Kristen Secure this beautiful Studio/Condo in the amazing Shelter Creek Community in San Bruno. We met Kristen a little over a month ago. Huge congratulations to my clients/friends Sandi and Honey!!!!!!! I met Sandi and Honey via FaceTime call eight months ago. Back then they were living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and had no idea what the Bay Area had to offer. The original plan was to move to the bay area, get to know it first and then make a purchase one year later. A few weeks after they moved to the bay area we reconnected via zoom and we went over all the top cities/neighborhoods within their current budget. After moving to the Bay Area and seeing how high the rents were, it made more sense to purchase sooner rather than later. My realtor partner, .m.realtor and I went out, took our time with Sandi and Honey and viewed almost every home in their budget lol (close to 100 homes). We normally don't view this many homes with a client but since they were new to the bay area we wanted to make sure they explored every option. After a long search we finally found a beautiful home in communication Hills (San Jose) that checked off almost every box in their search criteria. Just a few months ago homes like this one were selling for 1.5 million, today we were able to secure this one for 1.3M with seller credits!!
