Will the 2021 Housing Market Crash?

According to most sources, the answer is NO!!!
Rental and commercial markets may get effect slowly in 2021 but not so much in the residential market.

Single family home prices in the Bay Area are still going strong.
It all comes down to supply and demand. Low supply and high demand continue to drive housing price upward.
Ziilow, Redfin, Realtor all predict housing prices will go up at least 5% in 2021. Especially in the Bay Area, we’ve seen prices gone up to 10% last year.
Interest rate went up from 2.65% to 2.79% last week but is still in record low and expected to remain low in the next few years.

Zillow released its forecast for the 2021 housing market and the conclusion: 2020 showed incredible strength and 2021 will be an even stronger market.
