I immigrated to the United States in 1966 and moved to Monterey Park by 1968. I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, went to Alhambra High School, attended California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. Graduated with honors in 1984 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice. My first job out of college was to be an investigator with the Department of Defense, and I did this for te
n years. The safest job I could find was to be a banker. So I pursued banking, and became a loan officer on the way. I have been in Banking and the mortgage industry for over twenty seven years. I work at Fidelity Funding because it is a Direct Lender, and I can do Non QM loans from the broker world. I have the best of both worlds. I believe in giving back to the community, and I teach my kids this as well. I am very proud as my oldest son was the President of the New Generation Rotary Club. I am involved with several community/non profit organizations. Boy Scouts of America- parent committee, finance chair, general volunteer. 2008 to the present

I married my High School Sweetheart, and have 2 grown men. (29 and 32) They are my livelihood and I work for them. We teach our boys high moral standards, and we teach them strong values in life. We travel as a family several times a year. Whenever they are on break. We stronly believe that when you are on vacation enjoying family life, thats when the family bonds together. Also family dinners. We believe that eating together is a blessing, and shall not be missed. Even as my sons have their own lives. The oldest one comes back for dinner once a week. Our younger one is in Chicago, but he calls once a week. If he doesn't call, then we call him. But we touch basis once a week. Some of my secret hobbies include collecting Hello Kitty. I have an entire bedroom full of Hello Kitty Collectables. The other thing is collecting Rocks, Gem Stones, Crystals and Shells. I have a vast collection. Some are in the yard, some are in safe deposit boxes. I am a very dedicated and loyal person. When I make a friend, its for life. Equal Housing Lender
