Tomorrow’s PCE data is expected to show deceleration, with consensus estimates of Core PCE at 0.2%mom. Markets today likely bounced in anticipation of a softer print. Rate hike odds for year-end dropped by 3bp. We expect Core PCE in-line with estimates, but there is downside.
