Behind every “Closed” sign is a real story — and this one was a challenge 💪🔥

This home had no gas service after sitting vacant. With the holidays fast approaching, my seller and I worked nonstop to schedule PG&E, reconnect service, and run gas from the main to the house — all so the new owners could enjoy heat and gas for Christmas 🎄
