Since the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act was passed into law in March 2022, several changes have been implemented in the Regional Center Program.

On May 22nd Eren Cicekdagi, Managing Director at Golden Gate Global and other panelists talked about RIA Compliance Policies and Procedures for Regional Center Operations.

It was part of IIUSA’s 13th Annual EB-5 Industry Forum in San Diego, California.
