Our team gathered in New Orleans last week for our annual Rainbow offsite!

It was an energizing few days where we aligned on priorities for our customers and agents in 2026 — and swapped Zoom meetings and Slack threads for real-life connection.

From a cooking class at the New Orleans School of Cooking to a swamp tour adventure, we packed the schedule with team bonding and plenty of laughs along the way.

Remote-first doesn’t mean remote-only. Time together helped reignite our energy, strengthen our bonds, and build momentum for what’s ahead.
