Join the Breath is Life Community Breathwork circle.

This session's theme is all about the art of receiving 🤲❤️
Expect a 35-45 minute active breathwork journey and essential oils designed to help you relax and access your heart space.

Our facilitator, Alex, spent 23 years as a professional trombone player before realizing the breath itself was the key to deep self-healing.
