Our team loved getting to be a part of the OMI Senior Center Health & Education Wellness Fair today!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the SFHP table! It was great connecting with community members, sharing resources, and informing attendees about SFHP Care Plus, our Medicare Advantage D-SNP plan that brings Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits together in one plan. SFHP is excited to participate in the 4th Annual Health & Education Resource Fair hosted by Catholic Charities tomorrow at the OMI Senior Center. This free community event brings together health, wellness, and support resources for older adults and adults with disabilities throughout San Francisco.

Stop by to connect with community organizations and learn more about important health resources. SFHP will be on-site to answer questions and help connect you with the support you need. We look forward to seeing you there!

This International Infection Prevention Week, the best thing you can do to protect yourself and your family is to get a flu vaccine. Everyone 6 months and older should get a flu shot each year.
