"I was unprepared for what a monumental experience shopping for and purchasing my first home would be. Even less on my radar was the importance of finding the right lender. Thankfully, I encountered Scott and Josh Mosher at Churchill Mortgage, and I remain grateful every time I think about it. From the minute I first reached out, I felt confident that they "got me." Scott spent hours on the phone with me answering my never-ending litany of questions as a first-time solo buyer. He never pushed me toward any particular decision unless I asked for his candid advice, which he happily gave. And there were multiple times that Josh and Scott both stopped what they were doing in the middle of a weekend to update my Certified Home Buyer letter so that I could make an offer without skipping a beat. This was all made more complicated by the fact that I was buying with a zero-credit score, but they knew the ins and outs and exactly how to handle it! Their website is easy to navigate, and every person on their team is a delight to work with (shout out to my processor, Leslie). I am writing this review from my new house that I love, and Scott and Josh have become lifelong friends and an integral part of my "board of directors" moving forward.
