If you’ve seen my stories, you already know how good this presentation is. Shoutout to for bringing it. 👏

If you’re not sure what is… listen up.

If you’re still using AI like a search bar, you’re leaving a lot on the table.

What make this training powerful isn't that it's just “another AI tool.”
It's seeing how fast Gamma turns messy ideas into something polished, persuasive, and client-ready.

Not someday.
Not after hours in Canva.
Not after staring at a blank screen.

You can take what’s sitting in your notes, your head, or a half-finished doc—and turn it into something that actually helps you win business.

Think about how often you need to explain things clearly:

📌 Why a buyer should stay in the deal
📌 Why your pricing makes sense
📌 How to show an investor clean numbers
📌 How to present a luxury marketing plan
📌 How to turn a CMA, rent roll, or market update into something clients get

That’s the shift.

This isn’t replacing your brain.
It’s helping you present your expertise in a way that’s clearer, more strategic, and more convincing—fully branded to you.

Because a lot of agents know what they mean.
Fewer know how to package it so a client says, “That makes total sense.”

And that matters—especially in a complex market.

📌 The best part? You don’t need to be techy.

You just need clarity on the outcome, the details that matter, and how to guide the tool.

That’s why we’re doing these trainings—to make this practical, not overwhelming.

The feedback has been incredible, and I still learn something every time.

It saves time.
Sharpens your presentation.
And helps you show up like the professional you already are.

If you want to come to the next one, comment below and I’ll send details.

See you there.

I wish more agents asked me about this ⤵️

Caravan isn’t just something I “try to make it to” it’s a non-negotiable in my week.

Not just to show up.
Not just to support.

But because this is how I stay sharp enough to actually serve you at a higher level.

You can study the numbers all day… but walking homes, hearing agents talk, feeling the energy in real time, that’s where the truth is.

And if you’re an agent, you know the feeling:

That quiet stress before a listing goes live.
That second-guessing on price.
That “are we early… or already behind?” spiral.

This is where these weekly caravans can help.

✅ Listing coming up and unsure on price & what’s actually moving right now
✅ Live but slow showings & how long homes are really sitting
✅ Activity, no offers & what agents are actually saying
✅ Debating a price cut & where others are repositioning
✅ Seller asking questions & real examples from this week
✅ Condition vs price: What buyers are reacting to in person
✅ Comps feel off... how's it feel in this area?
✅ Listing appointment soon, what have you seen listed in this area recently?
✅ Shifting market pocket & where demand is actually landing
✅ Need a gut check... real conversations, what are people saying about their listings? Not just data

These aren’t hypothetical.

These are the exact conversations happening at caravan and in my world every single week.

Unfiltered feedback.
Real reactions.
What’s actually moving… and what’s quietly sitting.

And because this is a non-negotiable for me, I’m consistently in those rooms, having those conversations, staying close to what’s actually happening in these areas.

Not surface-level.
Not delayed.
Not guesswork.

Because for me, this business isn’t just escrow.
It’s communication.
It’s awareness.
It’s being connected enough to help you move with clarity and confidence.

So if you’ve got something coming up… or something that’s not quite clicking…

Shoot me a DM, I’m always down to talk through it with you.

I didn’t realize how much it was affecting me… until it wasn’t anymore.

Not just the weight.
The feeling.

You know those moments…

Standing in your closet, trying on three different outfits before 8am. Nothing feels right.

Pulling at your jeans all day, just a little uncomfortable, but enough to notice.

Looking in the mirror and thinking, “I just don’t feel like myself today.”

And then you go about your day anyway.

You show up.
You smile.
You get through it.

But there’s this quiet layer running underneath everything and it changes how you carry yourself more than you realize.

That was me.

I was working out. I was doing “all the right things.”
But I didn’t feel good in my body… and I think I had just gotten used to that feeling.

And then that shifted.

Yes, I lost weight.

But what actually changed was so much bigger than that.

I wake up and feel clear.
I put something on and don’t immediately want to change.
I walk into a room and feel like me again.

Lighter.
Stronger.
More present.
More confident.

And it’s wild how much that impacts everything else.

Your energy.
Your mood.
Your conversations.
The way you show up in your work, your relationships, your life.

Because when you feel good in your body… you move through the world differently.

Not forcing it.
Not overthinking it.
Just naturally.

And I think that’s the part no one really talks about.
It’s not just about how you look.
It’s about how you feel living your life every day.
And once you get a taste of that feeling…

You don’t really want to go back 🤍

I stand by it 🤭

One the most underrated parts of this business ⤴️

Caravan days will always be one of my favorites and even on rainy days, this one did not disappoint.

Huge shoutout to for the standout of the tour, that one set the tone.

And of course for bringing the energy, the jokes, and making every stop way more entertaining than it probably should be 😂

For me, this is more than just previewing homes. Although I love that part too.

For me, this has always been how I stay connected and how I actually understand what’s happening in the market when things are shifting as quickly as they are right now.

It’s also one of the easiest ways to support each other...showing up, walking listings, and pouring into each other’s business in real time.

➡️ New faces.
➡️ Familiar ones.
➡️ Conversations that turn into opportunities.

If you’ve been skipping caravan or are wondering why some properties are moving so much faster than others, consider this your invite.

I’m always looking to connect, collaborate, and walk a few homes together.

But what I'd really love to know...

What’s your favorite caravan in San Diego right now? 👇🏼

This kind of stopped me in my tracks...

People sometimes ask me what my strategy is for building relationships.

Especially when they hear I’ve been able to grow to the number one spot in the company.

And I usually laugh a little.

Of course there are strategic moves. After 13 years in this business, I know what it takes. I know how to execute, how to connect the dots, and how to help people get where they want to go.

But if I’m being honest… that’s not really where it starts.

At my core, I’m just someone who genuinely seeks connection. Someone who can sit down with a colleague or an agent and get completely lost in conversation.

Most of the time, the conversation doesn’t even start around business. It starts around the human.

Life. Experiences. What someone is working through. What they’re excited about. What they’re building.

And somewhere along the way, something deeper forms.

➡️ Trust.

The kind that doesn’t come from a transaction. The kind that grows when two people actually take the time to know each other.

When that happens, business becomes the byproduct of the relationship, not the reason for it.

The most meaningful partnerships I’ve built in this industry aren’t the ones that started with strategy. They’re the ones where we invested in each other as people first.

Where the connection goes beyond deals, beyond introductions, beyond what either of us “get” from it.

So when people ask me what my relationship strategy is, I wish I had a more tactical answer.

But the truth is simple.

I just focus on the person in front of me.

And everything else tends to follow.

No realtors were harmed in the making of this list 😎

Which one can you relate to?

1️⃣ 'ADU potential’ in the remarks for anything with a backyard

2️⃣ ‘Minutes from the beach’ actually means 25 minutes with traffic.

3️⃣ When the home has solar but it’s actually a 25 year lease.

4️⃣ Showing metro properties means 20 extra minutes to find parking.

5️⃣ 2 parking spots included is basically gold

6️⃣ "We need one more signature and the buyer is already on a plane"

7️⃣ “Up-and-coming” = still technically City Heights

8️⃣ Trying to figure out if the ADU was permitted or just… built.

9️⃣ You've started with a coastal search and ended up showing properties in Clairemont

🔟 You have a go to car lunch spot in every neighborhood you show properties in

And a bonus...if you're anything like me, you blame the marine layer with clients anytime it's not a perfect 72 degrees.

There are moments in life that divide everything into two timelines...

Before and after.

Before: You move fast. Your calendar is full. Your phone is always buzzing. You tell yourself you will visit next month, call next week, take the vacation when things “slow down.”

After: You realize life doesn't always sends a warning.

The call that changes everything rarely arrives when you are ready. It arrives on an ordinary day. When you are busy, distracted, convinced there will be more time.

And suddenly the perspective you built your life around shifts.

The things that once felt urgent lose their weight.
The things you postponed become the things you wish you had not.

Loss has a way of teaching a lesson that no book, mentor, or milestone ever could.

Presence is the only thing that truly matters.

Not the version of presence where you are technically there but your mind is still on work, emails, or the next goal.

Real presence.

➡️ The kind where you slow down long enough to actually see the people in front of you.

➡️ The kind where you say “I love you” without rushing off to the next thing.

➡️ The kind where a dinner conversation matters more than the notification lighting up your phone.

When something that profound happens, memory stops being something you visit once in a while.

It becomes something that quietly shapes how you live every single day.

It changes what you protect.
It changes what you prioritize.
It changes who gets your time.

The people you love stop becoming something you fit into your schedule.

And become the reason you build your schedule the way you do.

Because once you truly understand how fragile time is, you stop treating connection like it is guaranteed.

You show up differently.
You listen longer.
You hug tighter.
You say the words while you still can.

And presence stops being a nice idea.

It becomes the way you live.

And I'm reminded of that everytime I find myself deep in conversation, giving someone my full attention.

And for that, she is always with me.
