In the world of residential rental properties, it seems you always hear about the horror stories of bad tenants, or the political noise going around about landlord/tenant rights. In a recent turnover of one of our rental houses, the tenant left this note. These positive stories are out there, I just wish we heard more about them.

(It’s probably because we have a baller property manager 😉… )
