September numbers are in and compared to August, San Diego County saw the following for closed September sales.

🏡 Closed sales ↓ 4.5%
💰 Average list price ↓ 2.6%
🔑 Average sold price ↓ 3.3%
📅 Days on market ↑ 5.3%

September brought a modest shift across the board: fewer closed sales, lower average prices, and a little more time on market. These month-to-month changes are a useful data point when setting seller expectations, talking pricing strategy, and helping buyers understand what they’re seeing in the market.
