Our story was unfortunate and when we reached out to Kristi for help with our unique situation. We were given a very honest and real direction to go for the next few months ahead. We appreciated the direction given and took it to heart. A few months later we reached out again and did everything we were asked/instructed to by Kristi. I have to say even with the changes in their line of work... example, programs available for the unique situation folks out there. They were able to shine, find a program that worked for us. It was such a huge stress reliever to know that Kristi was our person. She constantly made us feel at ease. She always kept us informed and always let us know what to expect next throughout the whole process. Oh and did I mention Kristi and the team did it very quickly. From the time we locked our rate to closing/funded it was less than 30 days. Kristi and the whole team were amazing. The best communication, best service, and the absolute best experience going through something that is normally very stressful. Kristi is officially our forever person on anything mortgage related. We could not say enough great things about our experience with Kristi. She is the absolute best at what she does!!! But we can say this, "Thank you Kristi and The Griffin Funding team".
