We paid $600,000 on our purchase and the agent made 5% on our purchase ($30,000.00).

Our projected ARV is $875,000 and the agent will get the relist at 5% (2.5 + 2.5), so they are guaranteed an additional $21,875.00.

Plus, if they also find the end retail buyer they earn the other 2.5% which would be ANOTHER $21,875.00
