What makes a real estate project attractive isn't always the number of units—sometimes it's the type of units being built.

With family-sized units located near a naval base, the borrower is positioning the property to serve a segment of the market that continues to see strong demand.
The project also highlights the importance of having a clear exit strategy, from construction completion and lease-up to the eventual sale of the property.
