Meet Lisa Houston, our new Senior Client Manager in Commercial Lines! 👋

Lisa joins C3 with more than 25 years of insurance experience and a unique understanding of the industry from both the carrier and agency sides. Organized, resourceful, and always solutions-focused, she is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful difference for her clients.

When she’s not working, Lisa’s competitive side comes out at the pool table—she’s competed in both team and individual tournaments in San Diego and Las Vegas. She also loves photography, vintage décor, concerts, travel, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two fur babies.
