This week, we traded a day of working in the office for a day of working from the beach in beautiful Mission Bay Park here in San Diego — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Blue skies, ideal temperatures, and a well-deserved change of scenery for the incredible team that makes everything our agency does possible.

Of course, we stayed fully connected to the office and our clients with high-speed satellite internet, phone access, and powered-up laptops… but we also made sure to take in every minute of the amazing surroundings! 😄

And to top it all off—an outstanding lunch from Sushi Ota 🍣🙌

We’re truly grateful for our hardworking team and all they do each day. Opportunities like this are just a small way to say THANK YOU!

Two of our team members attended HessFest - a local charity/community event filled with music, food, local vendors, and craft beer sponsored by Mike Hess Brewing Company - Imperial Beach. 🍻🎶

Even more meaningful, this annual event supports one of our favorite charities named Oncology And Kids(OAK). OAK is a San Diego nonprofit dedicated to helping children and their families navigate the challenges of childhood cancer. We're proud to share that our team at B.H. Gold Insurance Agency recently came together to support the San Diego Food Bank through employee-driven cash donations — generously matched by our company’s owners. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, our combined efforts resulted in a financial donation equivalent to approximately 27,720 meals for families in need throughout our community.

We had the privilege of joining other compassionate individuals and organizations at the annual ALS Fiesta charity event to raise awareness and funds for ALS research and support services.

Wishing you a joyous holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and moments of reflection. As this year comes to a close, we are grateful for the privilege of serving you. Thank you for making us a part of your insurance journey. We celebrated our annual office Christmas party at Mister A's Restaurant (with perfect San Diego weather!) and exchanged Secret Santa gifts via a recent Zoom meeting.

What did you do last night? BH Gold was kicking off summer with an evening cruise on San Diego Bay in true Tiki Fashion! With employees who have been together from 5 to 36 years, this was the perfect way to gather and celebrate their accomplishments personal and professional. Our team has been working hard to overcome the challenging insurance market, all the while there have been weddings, big life changes and family happenings. We appreciate the time they devote to our clients, so we celebrated with food, drinks (Tiki drinks of course!) and taking an evening break from the office to enjoy our beautiful city. Thank you Tiki Time Bay Tours for a spectacular night!
