40 years ago, B.H. Gold was started with a simple goal — to take care of people the right way (clients and employees).

This Memorial Day weekend, we celebrated our 40th anniversary with a trip to Napa, California with our entire team — not just as coworkers, but as family. Watching everyone laugh, relax, and celebrate together was a reminder of what truly built this company over the last four decades: hard work, loyalty, relationships, and heart.

To our amazing staff — thank you for your dedication, your passion, and for treating this business like your own. Every success we’ve had is because of amazing people like you.

And to our clients and friends — thank you for trusting us for the past 40 years. Your support means everything to us.

This week, we traded a day of working in the office for a day of working from the beach in beautiful Mission Bay Park here in San Diego — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Blue skies, ideal temperatures, and a well-deserved change of scenery for the incredible team that makes everything our agency does possible.

Of course, we stayed fully connected to the office and our clients with high-speed satellite internet, phone access, and powered-up laptops… but we also made sure to take in every minute of the amazing surroundings! 😄

And to top it all off—an outstanding lunch from Sushi Ota 🍣🙌

We’re truly grateful for our hardworking team and all they do each day. Opportunities like this are just a small way to say THANK YOU!

Two of our team members attended HessFest - a local charity/community event filled with music, food, local vendors, and craft beer sponsored by Mike Hess Brewing Company - Imperial Beach. 🍻🎶

Even more meaningful, this annual event supports one of our favorite charities named Oncology And Kids(OAK). OAK is a San Diego nonprofit dedicated to helping children and their families navigate the challenges of childhood cancer. We were honored to connect with the inspiring President of OAK, Bernard Mauricia, and to show our support for the amazing work their group does through programs like Camp Reach for the Sky, year-round family services, and so much more! 📸 Here’s a snapshot of our employees with the OAK President at the event.

Giving Back to Our Community ❤️

We're proud to share that our team at B.H. Gold Insurance Agency recently came together to support the San Diego Food Bank through employee-driven cash donations — generously matched by our company’s owners. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, our combined efforts resulted in a financial donation equivalent to approximately 27,720 meals for families in need throughout our community.

We’re deeply grateful to our employees for making this possible, and to the San Diego Food Bank for the vital work they do every single day.

We had the privilege of joining other compassionate individuals and organizations at the annual ALS Fiesta charity event to raise awareness and funds for ALS research and support services.
