When one financial advisor marries another financial advisor :)

It's been reported that 80%-90% of financial advisors quit in their first 3 years of starting the profession. AJ & I both started in 2015, met and began dating in 2016, and married in 2023 last weekend. Like most other advisors, the first 3 years of us both starting our practices were definitely the hardest but that ultimately brought us closer together. Without a doubt, we both wouldn't be where we are today in our careers if we didn't have & guide each other through it all!

We've been blessed to meet & work with so many wonderful people through our careers so I also wanted to say thank you to everybody who's paths crossed ours and has been a part of our story. You've helped get us to where we are today and we're really enjoying this season of life!

What a rollercoaster of a journey this was last year! Earning the CFP®️ certification was no easy feat, so I feel so very proud that I accomplished the goal I set out for myself, on behalf of all of my wonderful clients. Thanks to everybody who supported me along the way! I did it :)

2. Volunteer at an organization empowering Black communities.
3. Support a Black-owned local business.
4. Watch a movie about King's life.
