I’m a great loan officer. Unfortunately, I’m a below average marketer. That has hurt my mortgage business in the past and is my biggest business challenge currently.

Many of my friends who sell real estate have the same problem. These real estate agents know their stuff AND give their clients great service. Unfortunately, they haven’t told enough people that they are available to help buy or sell real estate.

Thoughts from my conversation with yesterday.

When working towards big goals, we get distracted sometimes. I’ve found that resetting and focusing on the #1 activity to reach forward helps clear the fog.

For my business, the best ability is availability. I’m going to spend 2026 making sure my friends and business partners know I’m here to help. If we haven’t talked recently, expect to hear from me soon!
