🚩 Home Inspection Day!
🏡 When you purchase a home, it’s customary to have a home inspection. You can use an inspectors of your choice, but our preferred inspector is American Dream Property Inspections. It’s important to have an inspector you trust, that is thorough and knowledgeable.
📝 During your inspection, the inspector to look at all visible parts of the home. They will test the outlets and electrical to make sure it all works, the plumbing to make sure there’s no visible leaks, the roof, the attic, the windows, and anything else that’s accessible. You really want to make sure this person spends some time in the property and checks everything thoroughly. This protects you so you know the condition of the home you’re buying.
