Real Estate Translated because ….Apparently, everyone is living in a different year. 😂
Buyers want 2008 prices.
Sellers want 2021 prices.
And l'm still claiming 25.😬😂
But, I can tell you this:
The market is always right.
Not Zillow.
Not your neighbor.
Not what your house sold for three years ago.
Not what you wish it was worth.
The market.
The secret is knowing how to read it, price for it, negotiate it and sometimes outsmart it.

Need to vent… 😡

I keep saying this: some agents simply don’t deserve their listings.

Why is THIS the first photo buyers see, while the front of the house doesn’t show up until photo 20 of 29? 🤯

And if writing listing descriptions isn’t your strength, that’s okay—we have AI for crying out loud. Use it.

Your seller hired you to market their home in the best possible light. They deserve thoughtful photos, a compelling description, and a strategy that showcases their biggest investment.

You can do better!

A quick reminder: It doesn’t cost you anything to have your REALTOR® represent you when buying a new construction home. The builder has their own sales team looking out for the builder’s interests—having your own agent means you have someone looking out for you and your interests every step of the way.

Before you walk into a new home community or register with the builder, make sure you bring your REALTOR® with you. It’s one of the smartest decisions you can make during the home-buying process!
