OPTICAL ILLUSION? Not even close. This is why it is so important to perform your due diligence on every property you consider. We found this place in a great area, with a solid price and plenty of room for add value and profit. Until I walked it with my contractor and inspector. The center of the house was failing due to cracked and ignored supporting floor joists. Usually I welcome foundation issues, they’re simple to fix and most buyers run away. But this one cut too far into our bottom line. I can’t stress enough the importance of a solid team. My team is what makes me successful. Out of state investor? Don’t get caught up in buying something just because the price looks right. .

Check out our latest project. We are converting this Duplex into two separate townhomes in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Indy. When its complete, each side will be 3.5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We are moving the kitchen, creating a master bedroom suite and opening the living space. It's gonna be a fun one. Standby.
