📣 Do you give a FEOC?

⁉️ Do you wonder what the FEOC we're talking about when we refer to FEOC?

☀️ If your nonprofit wants to go solar, you need to know!

The “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OB3) introduced new obstacles for nonprofits advancing clean energy projects.

The Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) provision in OB3 has the potential to eliminate your eligibility for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Direct Pay tax refund for renewable energy and storage projects.

Join us on Thursday, August 21, 11am PT, 2pm ET, to learn:

✅ The latest on FEOC rules.
✅ What this means for your nonprofit solar project.
✅ How to move forward with clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to advance your project.

💰 Don’t miss this chance to learn how your nonprofit can save with solar now!

- What’s changing with the new policy.
- What’s staying the same.
- How you can still benefit from substantial savings with solar.
- Developments to watch in the coming weeks.

CollectiveSun is proud that Matt Brennan, our Vice President of Sales, has been appointed to the City of San Diego’s Franchise Compliance Review Committee (FCRC).

The citizen-led FCRC was created as part of the franchise agreement between the City and the local utility company, San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). In 2021, the City signed a new franchise agreement with SDG&E and established the FCRC to ensure the utility company fulfills its obligations under the contract.

📣 Webinar alert!

☀️ On April 3, at 3pm – 4pm ET, noon – 1pm PT, join CollectiveSun and Adamah, the largest Jewish environmental organization in North America, to learn more about installing solar and the future of solar incentives.

💰 Installing a solar array significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions while also cutting your monthly costs and saving you money. Federal government incentives from the Inflation Reduction Act made solar even more attractive. Although executive orders from the Trump administration have introduced some uncertainty regarding these incentives, there’s still time to take advantage of the benefits.
