Another trend I’m seeing as more baby boomers are transitioning towards retirement is the concept of “right-sizing”. They are selling their large estate with the pool and exchanging it for a property that better fits their new season. They still expect premium features such as privacy, views, functionality and incredible floor plans with square footage and space, while seeking less maintenance overall.
