Hereโ€™s what happened ๐Ÿ‘‡
โžก๏ธ The buyerโ€™s lender originally said the first condo was approved โ€” it wasnโ€™t.
โžก๏ธ They switched to a new condo that the lender also claimed was FHA approved.
โžก๏ธ But after I pulled the ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, reviewed the ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž, and verified on ๐‡๐”๐ƒโ€™๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐…๐‡๐€ ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐๐จ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ, we confirmedโ€ฆ โŒ not approved.
