WOW WOW WOW!!! This economy and now housing market has taken a huge turn for the worse very quickly over the last 60 days with rates getting up to almost 6% and the huge inflation costs, we're seeing our first signs of some areas losing value already. L.A. seeing a 5% drop already also.
