🌟Meet Marc Arrington, our next RWM Spotlighted Loan Officer!🌟

Born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Marc grew up in a southern family where he learned to respect the freedoms provided by our nation. As a second-generation American, he developed a deep appreciation for compassion, gratitude, and community; values that have shaped both his personal and professional journey.

Inspired by the events of September 11, Marc joined the Marine Corps in 2004 and went on to serve as a Marine Special Operations Element leader, deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan, Thailand, and Korea. After achieving the rank of Master Sergeant, his military career was unexpectedly cut short due to a health diagnosis.

Determined to continue serving others, Marc transitioned into the mortgage industry, founding the American Dream Lending Team and Raider Home Loans, powered by RWM Home Loans, both built on the Marine Corps values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.

Today, Marc is passionate about helping veterans, servicemembers, and families achieve homeownership through trusted guidance and lasting relationships. He also gives back through organizations like the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Veterans Business Collective, and Raider Realty Foundation, supporting Gold Star families and veteran communities throughout North Carolina.

A lifelong learner, Marc earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree through the Joint Special Operations Master of Arts program. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, attending Muay Thai classes, and camping with his family.

Marc, thank you for continuing to live out your values of service, purpose, and community. Your impact reaches far beyond the closing table, and we’re grateful to have you representing RWM and making a difference for those around you! 😊🎉
