This month had a little bit of everything; team visits, celebrations, and unforgettable moments!📸
 
Our Director of Lending, Andrew came out to SoCal for our Canyon Lake branch’s Golf Tournament and stopped by for a happy hour with the team in San Diego. We also had some great team bonding and Corporate Ops appreciation out on Branch Manager, Kim England’s boat soaking up the sunshine, a big thank you to Kim! ⛳🛥️
 
We’re also proud to have sponsored the World Robotics Competition, where an all-girls team we supported celebrated a big win and earned a spot at the FIRST World Championship in Houston. 🤖🌎
 
Good people, great energy, and a month full of highlights. Can’t wait to see what the team gets up to next month!

🌟 Meet Yvonne Oden, our next RWM Spotlighted Loan Officer! 🌟

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, Yvonne Oden is proud to call Texas home and is deeply grateful for the community that shaped her. A graduate of Midwestern State University with both a Finance degree and an MBA, she combines her passion for numbers, people, and real estate to help clients confidently navigate the homebuying journey.

Yvonne began her career in the mortgage industry in 2016, gaining experience in servicing, processing, and escrow before becoming a Loan Officer in 2022. Having worked within banks, credit unions, and mortgage lending, she’s developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry and loves being part of a company with a true “get it done” mindset that allows her to better serve her clients.

Known for her honesty, attention to detail, and transparency, Yvonne is passionate about helping her clients feel informed and confident throughout every step of the homebuying journey. She loves serving her community by working with first-time homebuyers, veterans, investors, and Spanish-speaking clients, helping them pursue their homeownership goals while exploring financing options that fit their needs.

As the daughter of immigrants who built their lives from the ground up, Yvonne has seen firsthand the power of real estate in building generational wealth. That perspective fuels her passion for helping families create long-term financial stability through homeownership. Growing up in a smaller Texas community also gave her a strong appreciation for USDA financing and helping buyers get into homes with little to no money out of pocket.

Outside of work, Yvonne is a proud wife to her husband, Ethan, and mom to their two boys, Brooks and Hudson. Her faith is a central part of her life, and in her free time, you can find her vintage shopping, thrifting, painting, needlepointing, or lifting weights, including an impressive 950 lb leg press!
