It was an honor to meet with Congressman Peters this week. We had a meaningful discussion on three important retirement policy priorities:

• Lowering the eligibility age for 401(k) and 403(b) plans from 21 to 18
• Expanding retirement account access for individuals who leave the workforce to care for a parent or other family member
• Allowing investors to reinvest mutual fund capital gains distributions without facing an unexpected tax liability
