🎊 Last loan funding of 2023 & I couldn’t be more excited to congratulate my amazing first time homebuyers on their beautiful new condo 2 blocks from the beach! 🏡 🏝️

They bought at a great time with little competition, paid way under asking & were able to get $18k in seller credit, which they used towards closing costs & a 2-1 temporary rate buy down. They are getting a 4% & 5% interest rate for the next two years! 💯🙌🏼

🎊 Congratulations to another happy Veteran on becoming a first time homeowner 🏡

I started working with this Veteran in November last year to get his pre approval started. He had some financial obligations to take care of before he was ready to buy. Fast forward to May this year and he was ready to go and approved to utilize his VA loan benefit. I also helped set him up with one of our Veterans United Realtors to save him some money by getting a credit for a lower interest rate! 🙌🏼

Our VA buyers are both Officers in the Navy and currently stationed in Virginia. After completing their pre-approval back in April, they have been actively trying to find a second home in this competitive market.
