Many Financial Counselors, Realtors, and Children (Heirs) of Parents or Grandparents, are being asked what to do, after loosing much if their retirement funds in 2008 - 2010, and with rising medical and living costs. Wanting to downsize, or modify their homes, for medical reasons, will allow them to better fit their needs.
Converting the equity in their homes, is a possible solution, without adding monthly principal and interest payments. (monthly Taxes, Insurance and HOA fees are still required).
