This is a first: Insurance carriers are conducting 🛰 aerial inspections for properties, and policyholders are being non-renewed for things such as 🏠Roof - excessive patches/inadequate repairs. 🌳 Trees: branches overhanging / touching roof. Debris in the yard, non-operable vehicles 🚕, and pools that are not maintained. Don't shoot the messenger! 🎯. Just hoping to save some of you from potential stress and anxiety ✊🏼..
