- Family A had no cash reserves and were living in a small condo that had appreciated since 2012. As a result of their mortgage planning consultation; the decision was made to sell the condo, pay off all debt, use a great rate on a 30 year fixed loan to trade up to a beautiful bigger home for the boys to play in. They are feeling secure with fully funded emergency cash reserves and over 7 months of their spending in liquid assets. Their financial stress went from a 10 on a scale of 1-10 to a 3 now.

- Client B is a single woman in her late thirties who had $166k in 401k assets and was concerned about her financial future.
