Even though I consider her ‘precious’ I had neglected and been ‘too busy’ to check in on her. The quiet scene motivated me to consider what I wanted to do differently in the new year. What we truly value shows in our actions. I want to encourage you to do what you can and what is within your means to help others and show them you care. Be safe. Things will get better.

Everyone has a part in helping both the spread of the virus and fear. Knowledge is soothing. If the panic has you frustrated, spend time fighting the panic, by spreading factual information from the CDC and the WHO. Knowledge is powerful, nearly as powerful as soap.

You can catch COVID-19, no matter how sunny or hot the weather is. Countries with hot weather have reported cases of COVID-19. To protect yourself, make sure you clean your hands frequently and thoroughly and avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose.
