We are thrilled to announce that has expanded its culinary portfolio by acquiring Uno Mas, a cherished locale known for its exceptional Mexican cuisine and vibrant community presence. With locations at South Pearl in Denver and Fort Collins, Uno Mas has been a local favorite for its authentic flavors and warm atmosphere.

This acquisition marks our third and fourth restaurant ventures, following the successful stewardship of and - As we step into the Mexican food sector, we are excited about the new opportunities and experiences this brings to our growing family.

We also take this moment to honor the incredible legacy of Patrick Mangold-White, the founder of Uno Mas, who sadly passed away. Patrick was a visionary restaurateur whose passion and dedication profoundly influenced the Denver and Fort Collins dining scenes.
