The rule nobody told you: if you can’t buy it twice without stressing…you can’t afford it.

Not yet. 💸

And the sooner you get honest with yourself about that, the sooner everything shifts.

Because the problem was never that you spent money.

It’s that the spending never came with a plan . So, the cycle just kept going.

Spend. Stress. Survive until Friday. Repeat.

Real wealth starts when you stop letting your bank account dictate your emotions and start making decisions from a place of intention, not impulse.

You deserve nice things and peace of mind. But you can’t have both until you’re honest about where you actually stand.

Drop a 💸 in the comments if you’ve ever done the spend-stress-survive cycle. This is a no judgement zone 💛

🏠 Comment “SECRET” and I’ll DM you exactly how to get started.

Saving for a down payment felt like a finish line that kept moving.

By the time I’d have enough, years would’ve passed, and I still wouldn’t have started.

So I stopped waiting and found a different way in.

I’ve been investing in real estate through Roots () — a fund that spreads your money across hundreds of properties without you ever having to own, manage, or even think about one.

They’ve hit or exceeded their 12-15% target annual return every year since 2021, and I’m just sitting back while it works.

The part that got me? You can start with $100. Not $10,000. Not $50,000. One hundred dollars.

Real estate wealth used to feel like it was only for people who already had money. This made it feel actually accessible.

Let’s be honest…most of us weren’t taught this stuff in school.

I spent years studying finance so you don’t have to figure it out the hard way.

A common mistake I see? Letting your emergency fund sit in a regular savings account earning basically nothing.

That could be your vacation money. That could go towards your next designer bag. That’s a lot of overpriced lattes.

You get the idea.

Here’s the thing about a high-yield cash account at :

The app is relatively simple to use, and I can set up multiple savings goals in one place: emergency fund, house down payment, vacation fund, you name it.

Here’s how to get started in minutes (that’s less time than your morning scroll. 📜):

1️⃣ Go to betterment.com/fif/crpromo or link in bio
2️⃣ Click: Get Started
3️⃣ Click: High-Yield Cash
4️⃣ Fund your account
