Congratulations to the newly married and now new owners, of this wonderful home, in Highland 🏠

This was an interesting escrow that required confidence and precision from even before getting into contract 👨🏾‍🔧

One of the borrowers had some credit challenges which made FHA (which penalizes you less for lower scores) the best program 👍🏾

Unfortunately, this home was purchased and flipped (or remodeled in a short period) which makes it ineligible for FHA 😢

BUT… the clients really wanted it! 🫡

After assessing what could be done with the credit score with my go to guy, Sean Scales, we were CONFIDENT we could get there within the escrow period 💯

I explained the game plan to both realtors and the clients and kept the heat on Sean 😂 and we were able to get the clients score to increase 100+ points in less than a month!!! 🔥

My clients were able to close with a competitive conventional loan and move into their dream home. Thank you again, Sean and as always thank the legend, Ian Michael for the opportunity 🙏🏾
