โ€ข 3+ years of inbound or outbound sales experience
โ€ข 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRMs
โ€ข 1+ years of experience using lead generation software like Apollo.io
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication in English
โ€ข Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to pivot as needed
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
โ€ข Available to work flexible hours throughout the week
โ€ข Familiarity with Google Docs / Sheets / Calendar and Microsoft Word / Excel

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Administration of the sales and customer success automation systems, tools and technology stack (this will include evaluations of new tools and technologies).
โ€ข Build workflows through configuration of sales-related tools and software
โ€ข CRM support (HubSpot) for sales and success, including supporting continuous improvement projects, data integrity management, and integrations with related software.
โ€ข Actively identify operational issues and support solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams.
โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally within Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Legal Operations, Media Operations, Finance, Analytics, Sales and Client Success to ensure streamlined processes are implemented.
โ€ข Support standardized reporting for sales and customer success to measure individual and summary performance of departments.

Requirements:

โ€ข 2+ years experience in a revenue-generating or growth-focused role (preferably in a B2B or tech-enabled services company)
โ€ข Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with team members from different departments to achieve goals or launch programs
โ€ข Experience with project management and stakeholder management
