5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Arren Babayani by David T - Arren was knowledgable, kind, and most of all patient in working with me as I explored options and timing to meet my personal goals. This was a multi month process for me and he did not blow me off. I had two other competitors that I boiled it down to and he went fearlessly head to head with both. He provided endless updates for my models and never pressured me or promised the moon! His advice was solid and his numbers accurate. His fee structure was the best and never wavered. He stated clearly what he could do and did exactly what he said. Now there's a concept! This was by far the easiest mortgage transaction I have ever done and I so appreciate the professionalism and proficiency of Arren and the West Capital Lending team! I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know. ( Note: Kim was also great!). Thanks again Arren.
