✅ Max loan amount is $250,000
✅ Interest only payments for 6 months
✅ No pre-payment penalty
✅ Requires at least 680 FICO score
✅ Can go up to a 50% DTI (debt-to-income) ratio
✅ Closing costs can be rolled into the bridge and paid out of loan proceeds
