We’re excited to officially introduce Monica Sclar as our new Director of People & Hotel Operations.

With more than 15 years in boutique hospitality and years helping grow Somers Capital and Somers Collection, Monica is now focused on what matters most: building exceptional on-site teams, strengthening operations across every hotel, and preparing our portfolio for what’s next.

Her leadership, hospitality mindset, and genuine care for people make her an incredible fit for this elevated role.

Outside of work, she’s been soaking up all the World Cup excitement—and recently celebrated another trip around the sun. 🎉⚽
