If you were looking for a new holiday-magic 🎄🪄 signature taste, thank the culinary heavens (or us, your insurance agents) because this...is...it. Don't worry, that other type of magic that gets you all recovered from financial loss when not-so-great things happen...we've got you on that too! Now, get 🛍️ shopping - celebrations 🎉 are in order!

Ingredients:
4-6 salmon fillets (~ 1.5 lbs total)
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (optional)
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Dill for garnishing
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup cranberry juice
2 tbsp bourbon glaze (optional)
1 tsp smoked Paprika
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup fresh cranberries

How to make it:
• In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, cranberry juice, bourbon glaze (if using), and garlic. • Place the salmon fillets in a large zipped-top bag. Pour half of the sauce over the salmon fillets, coating them thoroughly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to 2 hours. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: • Place the remaining marinade/sauce and fresh cranberries into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced into a glaze. • Melt 4 tbsp of butter on a frying pan. Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and fry them for about 8 minutes each side until golden. • Place the fillets on a serving dish and drizzle the sauce over it. • Garnish with dill and prepare to be overjoyed by savory-sweet deliciousness!
